We can tailor the sessions to fit your requirements in terms of content, depending on the length of time you require the coach to deliver the sessions to your staff. Both the Maths and English programme set up take approximately the same amount of time.
Our experienced coaches are able to support you through every step of your Direct Instruction journey as well as offer post support.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
We offer a free 30-minutes telephone / web call in the first instance.
Thereafter, a charge will be applicable.
DIRECT INSTRUCTION INTRODUCTORY CPD (POA)
*Standard Package (1 day) includes:
- CPD resources.
- Direct Instruction- Science and Theory.
- Programme breakdown and outcomes.
- Direct Instruction in the classroom.
- Explanation of the Correction Paradigm.
- Explanation of the Lesson Progress Chart (LPC), and data trackers.
- Explanation and practice of Placement testing.
- Explanation of termly assessments.
- Lesson examples and practice.
All Direct Instruction programmes and resources are purchased separately through McGraw Hill.
Due to the high demand, we do require two full weeks notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so, will result in a 25% charge of the standard Introductory CPD package price.
WEBINAR AND INSET SESSIONS (POA)
The Direct instruction Hub UK are experienced in preparing and delivering staff CPD.
Duration- *1 hour (for larger groups, price may differ).

COACHING & SUPPORT PACKAGES (POA)
Coaching Quality Assurance Package
After your 3-months free support, we strongly advise you book in your annual Coaching Package.
In a DI implementation, the DI Coach (a DI Hub specialist) is the key person who assists the teacher in bringing the students to mastery. DI Coaches share responsibility for students and teachers being successful by assisting the teacher to achieve a classroom environment where students are learning rather than mis-learning. The DI Coach is the 'teacher of teachers', a guide, a model, and a helper. The DI Coach is not an evaluator. Instead. the classroom teacher and the DI Coach work together to achieve and celebrate the successes of the students, to identify problems that prevent or delay successes, and to construct solutions that will solve the problems.
*Includes:
- 1 visit (DI staff will be coached and are expected to be off timetable throughout the day except during lesson observation).
- Lesson observation(s) with team teaching and feedback.
- Follow-up 30-minutes phone/web call after three-months from initial Coaching visit.
